Zelda 35th Anniversary: 9 Things Fans NEED To See

4. Twilight Princess HD And Wind Waker HD Ported To Switch

While Twilight Princess HD and The Wind Waker HD would be right at home in a hypothetical 3D Zelda All-Stars collection, the announcement of a Skyward Sword remake makes it seem as though Nintendo would rather profit from individual recent titles, rather than craft a consumer-friendly affordable bundle.

Still, Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker are major holes in the Switch's library, and given that almost every other major Wii U game has been ported to the newer system by now, there is no reason why Nintendo can't port over the games' Wii U remakes to the Switch.

There is no doubt that Breath Of The Wild introduced a legion of new fans to the franchise, many of whom would not have had the chance to play these formative titles in the series.

Porting Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker over to the Switch (preferably in a bundle, of course) would not only be the perfect gift for long-time fans of the franchise, but give players who never owned a GameCube or a Wii U a chance to experience these critically-acclaimed slices of Zelda history.
