2. Haley - V/H/S/Halloween
Annual horror anthology franchise V/H/S is always good for a few insane deaths, and this year's edition, V/H/S/Halloween, featured its best kill in the utterly unhinged segment "Fun Size."
When a group of friends are out trick-or-treating, they find a bowl of candies with a sign insisting that each person only take one treat. They ignore the sign, though, at which point the bowl attacks the group and swallows them, transporting them into a twisted alternate reality. In that reality, the friends are chased through a grotty warehouse by a creepy humanoid mascot called Fun Size, before being killed in extremely deranged, candy-themed ways.
And the worst fate is surely afforded to poor Haley (Jenna Hogan), who discovers she's been fitted with a tube passing up her backside into her stomach, which is soon enough filled with thousands of gumballs.
The pressure eventually causes Haley's face to blow apart, all while a shower of gumballs continues to rain out of it.
