10 Artists Who Need To Make A Comeback

4. The Talking Heads

The coolest bunch of weirdos in rock history, The Talking Heads used their unique sound to basically create art-rock. Since they arrived in the late 70's New York City punk-art scene, they combined off-kilter tempos, bizarre lyrics, and a very underrated rhythm section. Tensions almost immediately presented themselves, as Byrne - the de-facto leader - maybe took too much a stake in the songwriting, and after eight albums, they called it a day. And things haven't been exactly civil since then.

Probably not the tightest group of friends to begin with, and with singer David Byrne not exactly resembling the easiest guy to deal with, this is another comeback that doesn't seem likely. They did do a few songs at their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2002, but even then, they stated that going on tour wasn't going to happen.
