8. Fleetwood Mac
Wikipedia
Current Odds: 14-1 There is a great deal of uncertainty regarding the band at the moment, for reasons far more important than music. Michael Eavis had already stated at last year's festival that 'Mac' were more or less booked for this year's do, when bassist John McVie was diagnosed with cancer. As he recovers, all other matters are understandably on the back-burner. 2013 had seen the full reunion of the classic line-up of McVie and his ex-wife Christine, together with Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and Lindsey Buckingham. With a world tour in the offering, a first headline appearance at Glasto seemed to be on the cards and may yet happen at next year's event. As one of the greatest bands of all time, it certainly seems unfeasible that Fleetwood Mac would never get the opportunity to headline for any reasons other than those of health. Fleetwood Mac are also working on new material, with Christine McVie recently stating that they were halfway through recording a new album, with the world tour pencilled in to start in September. With any luck, a date in Somerset looks like it may just happen.
