6. In This Moment
In This Moment is another band that has lost some members. Although losing members to an American Idol finalist isnt tragic, being without a guitarist and drummer while your band is on the rise could signal the end. However, ITM picked up Tom Hane on drums and Randy Weitzel on guitar and produced their most commercially successful album, Blood. While lead singer Maria Brink has been listed on Revolver Magazines Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock multiple times, its definitely the music that makes this band worthy. Lead guitarist Chris Howorth has worked with Brink in making this band a must see. They toured earlier this year with Stone Sour on the Road to the Golden Gods tour, and the set featured the sexy single Adrenalize off their most recent album. During the performance, the buxom blonde gyrated and hip thrusted to the music and the droning guitar and precision musicianship of the boys made it quite a performance. ITM is currently touring Europe, but will be featured on the Carnival of Madness tour,
which kicks off this fall.
