Originally, the band was just known as an adolescent rock and roll band that catered to the bluesy stylings of Little Richard and Chuck Berry. However, the entire music world was in for a shake up once the band grew up. Pulling influences from everything they saw, the band created unprecedented albums like Rubber Soul and Revolver, which covered everything from ballads to folk to psychedelia.
After the band stopped touring professionally, they reinvented the idea of a rock band by making some of the most incredible music ever made from the concept album Sgt. Peppers to the pop masterpiece Abbey Road. Whether you are into rock, pop, or anything in between, chances are most of elements you take for granted have come from one of these classic records.
