The video for Kanye West's famous is so bizarre that even legendary film-maker Werner Herzog commented on it, praising its ability to create genuine doppelgangers of real people, prompting the viewer to question reality, to wonder what circumstances could have brought such different people together in the same bed. Yes, Herzog said all that and more besides.

And he's right. The video for Famous, which comes from Kanye's much-discussed record The Life Of Pablo, is a masterful creation. Watching stunningly lifelike replicas of people like Taylor Swift, Donald Trump and Bill Cosby all lie in bed together is weird, mesmerising and totally intrusive, but it's practically impossible to look away.

What Kanye is trying to say is left ambiguous. Like many great pieces of art, the viewer is presented the piece and left to come up with their own conclusions.
