2. They're Humble

Still despite the hate Nickelback remain humble, never lashing out always taking the hate in stride. Hell, Chad Kroeger even got hit in the head with a rock during a performance in Portugal and simply responded by asking the Portugese fans if there were any Nickelback fans in attendance. When the crowd booed, Nickelback kindly left the stage without even lashing out or insulting anyone. Anyone in their position could have handled that a lot worse but I'd say they kept their composure considering the circumstances. Chad Kroeger who recently married Avril Lavigne is apparently not well liked by her ex-husband Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 fame. Back in 2012 Deryck dressed up as Avril while one of his friends dressed up as Chad Kroeger. Eventually the pictures surfaced online and Chad responded and the truth is he responded well.
Ouch! You've got to admit that's a pretty good jab. I'm a fan of both Sum 41 and Nickelback myself but I've got to give it up to Chad here as he delivers the KO punch via twitter. Still despite the fact that he obviously 'pwned' (for lack of a better word) his Canadian counterpart Deryck Whibley he still seems to feel some guilt over the insult as Chad remained apologetic about the whole situation and later invited Deryck to bowling.
If that's not a great example of someone being humble then I guess I don't know what one is eh?
