Jennifer Lopez's pink velour tracksuit worn in I’m Real has gained iconic status and received praise from both Vogue and Complex magazine. The latter wrote that it was a perfect visual which encapsulated the ‘00s aesthetic of a juicy sweatsuit and big sunglasses.

But this signature look was almost never to be. Before shooting the video, stylists presented many different lavish outfits to J-Lo and a little known company (at the time) called Juicy Couture offered her some colourful pink sweatsuits to hang about in. She loved them so much that she decided to wear them for the video, paired up with her Adidas. Lopez defended her choice by saying it felt fitting for the song to just be herself.

And it became one of the best decisions ever as she put the Juicy brand on the map whilst also starting off a new fashion trend.
