10 Creepy Predictions In Songs That Came True

1. Tupac Foresaw His Murder On "N***** Done Changed"

The murder of Tupac Shakur is perhaps the most infamous and widely discussed moment in hip-hop history. On the night of September 7th 1996, the rapper was shot and killed in a drive-by incident in Las Vegas at the age of just 25. His death has sparked its own strange line of conspiracy theories ever since, with various reports claiming he is alive, well, and living in places as disparate as New York, Cuba, and even Sweden.

But the mythology that has sprung up around his untimely death has not been helped by a pretty big piece of foreshadowing that Tupac himself dropped in a featured verse he did for West Coast rapper Richie Rich. On the track N***** Done Changed, released in the same year as his murder, Tupac said: “I been shot and murdered / Can tell you how it happened word for word / But best believe that n***** gon' get what they deserve”.

Now, you can understand why this might send the men in tinfoil hats into a frenzy, but ask yourself this - if you were a world famous rap god and you were going to fake your own death, would you openly leave such a humdinger of a clue about it in a song released just months before it was due to happen? Of course you wouldn’t. But, then again, you’re not Tupac. But maybe I am. You’ll never know.

(I’m not. I’m not Tupac).

(Although that is what I would say if I was Tupac).
