10 Hard Rock Music Songs Artists Want You To Forget

8. Tea For One - Led Zeppelin

There's a common belief amongst every rock fan that Led Zeppelin doesn't really have a bad album. They were always one of the greatest bands to ever play rock and roll, and if it weren't for John Bonham's tragic passing, they would still be making stellar music to this day. And those fans might have a point, if you don't count the stuff past Physical Graffiti.

While Presence is by no means a bad album, this is where the cracks in the foundation really start to show with Zeppelin, with Tea for One being a prime example. Although most people would put something like Hot Dog in this place, the closing track off of this album has its fair amount of rough edges as well, which isn't helped by the fact that it's one of the longest on the record.

It's not like this kind of thing can't work with Zeppelin though. If you go back and listen to what was happening on Physical Graffiti, you can tell that the next album was going to have some more extravagant moments. And while something like Achilles' Last Stand does the more epic side of the band's sound better than most, this is where they start to lose the plot and everything starts feeling tired the more and more the track plays out. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it just points to the main problem that happened around this time. You may be focused on making some of the biggest tracks that you've ever made, but you also have to make sure it also sounds good at the end of the day.
