10 Hidden Songs You Didn't Know Were On Albums

2. Blink-182 - Don't Tell Me It's Over

blink-182 are known for their hidden songs; after all being one of punk rock's silliest bands, they’ll never pass up the opportunity to write a gag at the end of a record. However Don’t Tell Me It’s Over is far more than a joke and a genuinely brilliant song.

Initially there were multiple pressings of blink-182s fourth studio album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket and the one that became known as the “Green Jacket” featured this brilliant bonus, hidden track. The song itself is about holding on to the final scraps of a relationship, not wanting to let it go and has since even been covered by the blink-182 of the current pop-punk generation, Neck Deep.

Don’t Tell Me it’s Over is one of those songs where fans genuinely can't believe it wasn’t present on every version of the album and on the main track listing. It goes toe to toe with the catchiest songs on Take Off Your Pants and Jacket but still isn’t even on Spotify, it’s a genuine hidden classic.
