http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcL---4xQYA The guitar store in the beloved cult-classic film "Wayne's World" has a strict "No Stairway" policy, meaning that patrons aren't allowed to play the elegant guitar parts from Led Zeppelin's most famous song while trying out the store's products. According to several sources, that fictional filmic record store isn't the only entity with a "No Stairway" policy. Despite the fact that plenty of dads would call "Stairway" the greatest rock song of all time, and despite the continued ubiquity of the tune at weddings and proms, Zep frontman Robert Plant's opinion of it is lukewarm at best. Legend has it that the lead singer once paid a radio station $10,000 to never play "Stairway" again, and Plant himself has indicated that his fatigue for the song is the primary reason why he won't consider a full-fledged Zeppelin reunion tour. "I'd break out in hives if I had to sing that song in every show," Plant once remarked to the Los Angeles Times.
