4. Third Eye Blind
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyjTrwOMSO4 Stephan Jenkins may not have the same pedigree as Van Morrison or Lou Reed, his penchant for nastiness is nearly unrivalled. Having a reputation for being a narcissistic jag-off all through out San Francisco, few people have had the ability to tolerate the man for very long. It comes as no surprise then that the band has seen its fair share of turnover, though what is surprising is that despite Jenkins' demeanour Third Eye Blind continues to persevere. Undoubtedly lured to the band's past successes, Third Eye Blind Has lost around 10 musicians. While that may not sound like a significant amount, aside from drummer Brad Hargreaves and Jenkins, the current remaining members have been in the band since 2010, 2011 and 2013. Given Jenkins reputation, I would like to preemptively wish them all the best in their future endeavours. While Third Eye Blind sold a massive six million copies of their debut, the law of declining returns would be significant with their follow-ups Blue and Out of the Vein reaching 1.25 million and 500,000 respectively. Though sales figures for Third Eye Blind's fourth and most recent album Ursa Major are unavailable we can assume they would see the band embarking on a tour of Arby's restaurants later that year.
