10 More Hard Rock Vinyl Albums That Are Worth A Lot Of Money

2. If You Want Blood You’ve Got It - AC/DC

Velvet Underground
Atlantic

Legendary rabblerousers AC/DC have released just three live albums over their long career, with only one of them featuring the gravelly tones of their first superstar singer, Bon Scott.

Scott, who died tragically young in 1980, can only be heard in the flesh on 1978's If You Want Blood You've Got It, named after a song that, weirdly, doesn't feature on the album.

The record does contain classics like The Jack, Let There Be Rock, and Whole Lotta Rosie, and was popular enough to go platinum in the US. That means that it was bought by at least one million people, but how many of them bought the version that could make them a boatload of cash today?

A special "splatter" print of the record was made in the Netherlands and released on blockbuster label Atlantic. This iteration of the album is so rare and so popular, than you can expect to pay upwards of $1,909.40 for the privilege of calling it your own.

The combination of the fun design, the big name attached to the record, and the fact that it holds a place in AC/DC history brought together a perfect storm where the clouds rain money.
