As the only Greek band to appear on this list, SiXforNinE have already faced their challenges as a band. Following their self-titled debut in 2015, the Athens based group appeared to vanish into thin air, before miraculously returning in 2019.
For fans of The Offering and Karnivool, this alternative metal group claim to take influence from iconic rock acts such as Rage Against the Machine, Porcupine Tree and Motorhead.
SiXforNinE's 2019 return was capitalised by a second record, 'Parallel Universe', which proved to be an incredibly impressive release. The bands initial gritty, local venue vibe from the debut record had been replaced by well-produced tones and clear signs of developed professionalism.
Despite spending the best part of four years on modern rock's back burner, it seems SiXforNinE are finally heading in the right direction once again.
