While not really being the most photogenic people in the world, the videos that were popping up around this time were a lot more artful than they had any right to be, from Nirvana's Come As You Are to Smashing Pumpkins' Disarm. Soundgarden were no exception to the rule, but when they did hit it big, they took all of their avant garde tendencies with them.
