9. Road - Alice Cooper

Also coming your way on the 25th is the 22nd solo album (29th overall) from everyone's favourite golf-loving goth, Alice Cooper.
Following his return to form with 2021's Detroit Stories, Mr. Cooper looks set to deliver another set of hard rock ditties with an album simply entitled Road.
There's quite an interesting idea behind Road, as Cooper wanted it to showcase the power of his band. As a result, overdubs and studio trickery were banned, with Road attempting to capture the magic of a live rock concert.
Albums like this only ever go one of two ways, so here's hoping that it takes the more positive path.
Even if the recorded music doesn't hold up, then Alice is giving us all a chance to come and see him in the flesh. He's going on a massive US stadium tour in August alongside Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard to promote the album, before embarking on another run of live shows with Rob Zombie in his corner.
With all these goodies to sample, 2023 is shaping up to be quite the year for the lord of shock rock.
