10 Most Exciting Rock Music Albums Still To Come In 2023

4. Post Human: Nex Gen - Bring Me The Horizon

Post Human: Survival Horror was a "commercial release" from Bring Me the Horizon in 2020. Why is it not called that and not an album? Nobody knows.

Rock stars, eh? What a bunch of divas.

Anyway, Survival Horror was very well received upon its release. Collaborations with the likes of Youngblud, Amy Lee, Nova Twins, and Babymetal, along with a return to the band's heavier sound, catapulted it straight to number one in the UK, even if it wasn't technically an "album".

Seriously, that's just ridiculous.

Survival Horror was intended to be the first in a series of releases under the Post Human subheading and now the second one is mere months away, as Post Human: Next Gen is due for release on September 15th.

Four singles from the project have already been put out, so fans have a fairly decent understanding of what they'll be getting. Yet more collaborations are inbound, as the song Amen! features input from singer Daryl Palumbo and rapper Lil Uzi Vert.

Will it be classed as an album this time? Who knows! It'll probably be classified as some sort of cheese or something.
