10 Most Underrated Glam Rock Songs Of All Time

1. I Still Think About You - Danger Danger

Yes, this is by no means an obscure song. In fact, if you search up lists of greatest power ballads of the '80s, chances are this one will be in there somewhere, among the usual heavyweights. However, that still does not mean it gets anywhere near the appreciation and plaudits it deserves.

“I Still Think About You” is a pure gem. A song brimming with pure emotion. Everything about it from the lyrics, to the guitars, to Ted Poley’s heartfelt vocals, will tug at your very soul. The song tells the story of a lover who was never quite able to forget his one true love.

What’s really impressive here is that despite the band’s primary strength being in roaring guitars and sleazy themes, they absolutely nail everything to perfection, creating a melodic masterpiece unlike any other.

Poley’s voice slowly builds up the crescendo, as we go deeper into the song. By the time the guitar solo from Timmons kicks off, listeners are well and truly drowned in the sheer emotion of the journey. From first verse to final beat, this is nothing short of a classic.
