10 Most Underrated Guns N' Roses Songs

5. Shadow Of Your Love - Appetite For Destruction Remastered

You can't help but think that some bands are being a little shallow when they bust out the expanded editions of their record. It might be great to hear better sound quality of some of your favorite songs, but just putting out random bonuses feels like the band trying to rake in some fans to hear what a demo version of their classics sound like. Every now and again though, you hit upon songs that had no business being unheard.

When the expanded Appetite for Destruction was being hyped up, people were flocking to one of the first unheard GNR songs in years in Shadow of Your Love, which was finished at the Appetite sessions but never made the record. Considering that the rest of the album is one of the most famous of all time, it's a crime that this song couldn't join the same company as My Michelle, having just that right sonic bite to fit right in with the rest of the songs.

Granted, it's not like this is an absolutely perfect song from top to bottom, with the lyrics being a bit on the basic side and the chorus sounding like it needed a few more minutes of editing before being ready for the primetime. Then again, if you had so much potential for this one song, why did we have to wait this long to actually hear it?
