10 Most Underrated Twenty One Pilots Songs

6. Hometown - Blurryface (2015)

When Blurryface dropped in May 2015, Twenty One Pilots shot into the mainstream. The album contained a number of huge singles, including 'Stressed Out', 'Ride', and 'Tear In My Heart'.

'Hometown', on the other hand, doesn't get enough attention. Joseph's vocal range really shines through on this one. The opening falsetto morphs into a low rumble that hooks you in with a choppy drum beat from Dun.

And the instrumental during the chorus is fantastic. The vocals take a backseat during this section, leaving the listener with a catchy dance beat that's ideal for head bobbing. Dun's drum fill towards the end is also fantastic  –  it's the perfect build-up for the final chorus.

'Hometown' is a criminally underrated track from the band's most well-known record. If you've only heard the singles from Blurryface, you're seriously missing out.
