10 Most Unexpected Collaborations In Modern Rock

4. Mick Jagger & Will.i.am

Sticking with members of popular noughties groups tapping up aging rockers for baffling appearances on their songs, let's examine the time Sir Mick Jagger shared the billing with both Will.i.am and Jennifer Lopez.

In 2011, Mr. i.am dropped a song called T.H.E., which apparently stands for "The Hardest Ever." Somebody should really sit Will down and teach him how to punctuate, because this is getting out of hand.

The song was accompanied by a music video, which sees the rapper travelling down a runway in increasingly larger modes of transport. All of this goes on whilst J-Lo sings in the background, before later taking part of the bridge.

And then things go mental.

As the Black Eyed Pea blasts off into space, the song shifts gears and introduces a giant Jagger prancing around in the sky. With a voice that could best be described as "wobbly", Mick delivers the song's outro, strutting around in the cosmos in a way only he could ever pull off.

As a member of The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger has done some crazy things. Honestly though, this might well be up there with the maddest moments of his entire career.
