4. Justin Bieber Burst Into Tears On Stage
This one's a short one, but it was still completely baffling. Justin Bieber, who's known by the world at large for his increasingly erratic actions including spitting on fans and storming off stage because fans touched his legs broke down into tears during a live performance at the MTV VMAs. The performance was something of a comeback for Bieber, who hadn't released an album in three years. For whatever reason, the pop singer was completely overwhelmed by the experience, and though he often grapples desperately to appear edgy and masculine (just look at those tattoos) the twenty-one year old couldn't fight off the tears. It looks like Justin is having the last laugh, however, as his 2015 album Purpose has seen the musician garner a lot of praise for his attempted reinvention.
