It's always a good sign that a video is going to deliver the scares when it comes complete with a performance from the legendary Danny Trejo.
Released as a single for the band's fourth studio album, suitably named 'IV', in August 2011, Open Your Eyes' video opens on everyone's favourite horror victim rolling around the countryside in his trusty pick up truck in a sequence that will definitely evoke some Texas Chainsaw vibes.
Things start to take a turn for the creepy when a local girl ditches her friend and their lemonade stand and hitches a ride with Trejo's character along the road. Trejo might as well be winking at the camera with how creepy and sinister he comes across,
Turns out that Trejo really is a bad man, taking the girl back to his house and showing the audience the string of other girls he has tortured and killed over the years. But, it's a staple in the horror genre to have a strong girl stand up to the baddies and deliver some justice of their own, and there certainly is a nasty fate in store for this sleazy would-be slasher villain...
