Let's face it, rock n' roll isn't exactly known for its heart-warming and endearing individuals take Axl Rose or Liam Gallagher for example. However it's safe to say Dave isn't cut from the same mould. Far from it. There's a reason why he's often referred to as 'The Nicest Man in Rock'. To be honest you'd be hard pressed to find anyone in the music industry that has a bad word to say about him, aside from the incredibly delusional Courtney Love. Dave's respect for his fans was there for all to see at a London gig back in 2011 when a fight broke out in the crowd. Naturally, the rock virtuoso stopped in the middle of singing 'Skin and Bones' and had the perpetrator chucked out of the venue. "You don't come to my show and fight. You come to my show and f***ing dance, you a**hole." How nice is that?
