10 Rock Artists Who Have Released A Ridiculous Number Of Albums

7. Osees - 27

Charting the history of the band Osees isn't easy, because they won't stop changing their damn name.

This garage outfit from San Francisco got their start in 1997 under the moniker Orinoka Crash Suite. They abbreviated this to OCS for the release of their first five records, only to then switch to being called The Oh Sees for the next two.

From 2008 to 2016, they were known as Three Oh Sees, before they became just Oh Sees and then finally Osees in 2019.

Honestly guys, can you please just something and stick with it for five minutes?

If you count all of these different titles as one act, then the Band Formerly Known As Three Oh Sees have a back catalogue of 27 different albums.

They too have been known to release multiple records in a single year, putting out three new bodies of work in 2020.

To be fair, everyone had a lot more spare time in that particularly year.

With an album out in 2023 already, this band shows no signs of slowing down.

By the time the year is out, expect them to have released five new records under six different names.

They will find a way.
