1. Madonna And Britney Spears Share A "Moment"

What she needed was to remind people why they loved her in the first place, and to do that she recruited her famous friends Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera for a performance at the Video Music Awards. Mirroring Madonna's performance at the 1984 VMAs, Britney emerged from a wedding cake and bridal attire to sing the first verse of Like A Virgin. Midway through, a second woman in a wedding dress came onstage to take over singing duties from Britney, who pulling back her veil to reveal herself as Christina Aguilera. They were then interrupted by the sound of a church organ playing the bridal march and the arrival of a "groom" in a top hat and tails, Madonna, who received an ovation from the crowd and began performing her single Hollywood with Britney and Christina. Madonna then shocked everybody by finishing their performance with a kiss first with Britney and then Christina- a liplock that was seen around the globe and provoked a massive reaction both from the crowd in the auditorium and the world media, who went wild. Frankly, it was 10 years ago and we're still in shock. The best reaction, of course, came from Britney's ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake who was seated in the crowd. Amazing.
