Teddy Bear is melodically indebted to traditional blues number Boll Weevil, but amped up with Elvis rock-n-roll purrs and the backing ba-ba-da-da. Its sort of catchy pop music we arent treated to anymore, but will always be one of about five million other Elvis hits, many of them also under two minutes long, that will never grow tiresome.
