5. Breaking Up A Fight At The iTunes Festival
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sl9GMOTaqtc Much like Grohl's security guard experiences earlier by saving a young boy's life, 2011 saw the Foo Fighter don his high-visibility jacket once more as he stewarded an unruly concert-goer at the Camden Roundhouse, as part of the iTunes Festival in July. During the band's performance of 'Skin & Bones', the London crowd of competition winners began to get a bit uneasy, and the band were able to recognise those tensions early on. Midway through the song, Grohl spotted the culprit behind some trouble-starting in the middle of the audience, and promptly called him out on it. Singling him out with a detailed description and many an expletive, Grohl shouted at him to get out of his show, stating words to the effect of, "Nobody starts a fight at my show...you don't come to my show to fight, you come to my show to dance". Concert violence is a problematic occurrence that can often ruin a live music experience for those surrounding the incident. Given Grohl's knack for breaking up fights and controlling crowd crushes, if he ever finds himself running low on cash then at least he has a viable career option in stewarding and security work!
