Because if not, this guy has been trolling us for the better part of a decade. Not only was his debut single/dance fad "Crank That" the impetus for songs like Silento's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" to exist, but it also spawned one of the most baffling, impossibly sustaining careers of our generation. In the meantime, he's been popping out novelty rap songs with the speed and persistence of a rabbit chasing a carrot on a stick. Except the carrot is a gold chain. But he seriously has to be f*cking with us by now, right? "DIAMONDS, DIAMONDS, DIAMONDS, WHIP WHIP WHIP WHIP...HURRICANE. Those are the actual words for this whole goddamn song. There's not...this can't possibly still qualify as a song in today's world, can it? There's really nothing else I can say about this poor excuse for an anything that won't make me sound more like a music curmudgeon, so I'll leave you young whippersnappers to your ridiculousness.
