10 Worst Villains Of Rock And Roll Music

7. Alice Cooper

Towards the end of the '60s, we had already been through our fair share of rock and roll heroes. In the wake of the Beatles revolution, everyone from Led Zeppelin to The Doors were being heralded as musical gods, with even the bad boy Rolling Stones looking like kings in the genre. Though these artists may have had their fair share of detractors, the real villain of rock and roll didn't emerge until Vince Furnier met his estranged alter ego named Alice.

Put together by a bunch of buddies working out of Phoenix, Alice Cooper turned into the ideal villain to piss off the parents of every kid in the world, donned in horrific stage makeup and singing songs that dealt with everything from child abuse to the irresponsible behavior that comes with living the rock and roll lifestyle.

Even with all of the venom being thrown his way, Alice leaned into his persona more and more as the years went on, going so far as to graphically "die" onstage every night and even framing a naked picture of himself on a bus in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. While the rest of the world may not have been ready for this drastic a change just yet, Alice Cooper is still one of ultimate villains of rock who comes back no matter how many times they try to kill him off.
