10 Worst Villains Of Rock And Roll Music

6. Axl Rose

Every rock band has that moment where the singer starts to turn into a diva. If rock documentaries have taught us anything, there's always the age-old tale of people getting a massive ego and losing it all before finding the strength to carry on in the industry. Although this happens for most bands, the decline of Axl Rose is on par with a rock and roll Greek tragedy.

While Rose was already a bit of a loose cannon when Guns N Roses first started, his entire demeanor seemed to shift on a dime the minute they started to get the first taste of success. By the time they got around to touring for the album Use Your Illusion, Axl became more and more erratic from one tour stop to the next, from cutting the set short because of his voice to not bothering to even show up at all for some of the dates.

Then again, it looks like Axl has at least tried to make up for his past sins in recent years, cleaning up and taking to the stage at a much more reasonable time than he was in the early days. Despite having been on the road to recovery nowadays, he clearly has a lot of explaining to do when it comes to his past sins...especially the dolphins in the Estranged video.
