Another Bayley-era holdover in life performances, the opening track from tenth record The X Factor - named long before the reality music show of the same name, thank you very much - kicks off the album with a shrouded mysticism that has lent itself well to the band time and again.

Dickinson's reunion version from the Rock in Rio live album truly captures the group's epic ambitions in all their widescreen glory - and the cut, based on the Italian novel The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco, still crops up on stage, most recently on the Legacy of the Beast Tour.
