9. Brutality Will Prevail Sins Of Commitment

South Wales based Brutality Will Prevail have two-stepped their way up through the UK hardcore scene through hard work, devotion and of course, deafening growls. They're a band that have toured relentlessly across the UK, building up a committed following among the hardcore scene in the process, not just across their native Wales, but also in mainland Europe. Through self-funding, they have managed to self-release two full-length albums, truly embodying the underground reputation that they have earned since forming back in 2005. Sins Of Commitment is the second track from the band's 2012 release, Scatter The Ashes. Bounding in with down-tempo riffs and surging percussion, it is is Brutality Will Prevail at their finest. When Ajay Jones who has since left the band to be replaced by Louis Gauthier enters with some of the harshest screams in the genre, the track really sets off with unbelievable pace. Coupled with the band's naturally low-fi production sound, this particular blend of unrelenting hardcore and sludge metal provides the perfect accompaniment to any mosh-pit.
