Were it not for the fact I moved, started university and that theyre being featured here,
Islet wouldve appeared and been recommended sooner to you than now. The main reason being that having not featured on
my End of the Road special, having seen them at
EotR I was blown away. Delivering possibly one of the most insane, tribalistic and shamanic performances of the weekend, as a live entity they were enthralling. Probably best evidenced by the sack wearing hippie just to my diagonal left throwing all kinds of hallucinogenic shapes. As a general rule
Islet shunned social networking and the internet as a whole during their formative stages, relying on the old fashioned word of mouth. However, with the release of their debut full length album
Illuminated People they have accepted it somewhat, so I highly recommend you check it out on
