7. Action Bronson
Rap/hip hop/underground rap
Action Bronson wasn't always a rapper. No, prior to his entering into the rap game Arian Asllani was a well respected flame gourmet chef in New York City, of Albanian and Jewish descent, and even had his own online cookery show called Action in the Kitchen. However, that has all considerably changed off the back of a string of mixtapes, EPs and independently released albums since 2011. Though, he still raps about food from time to time even if he's not cooking it so much anymore. Bronson has fast been gaining a lot of respect on the rap scene, and online in that there blogosphere, and with his recent major label signing it's highly likely he'll be transitioning overground soon. It's almost guaranteed, with his beat heavy old-school style, a flow that's seen him compared to Ghostface Killah, and having collaborated with the likes of Raekwon, Wiz Khalifa, The Alchemist, a number of Odd Future associates and Ghostface Killah himself. http://youtu.be/sazhYpB7AV4
