big black delta

To say Big Black Delta's solo member, Jonathan Bates, is a little bit prolific is a little bit of an understatement; since 2010, as Big Black Delta, Bates has released a string of singles, music videos, remixes, two EPs and two full length albums, all the while performing his day job duties as bassist, and founding member, of experimental, and lo-fi, indie outfit Mellowdrone. Day job aside though, it's under the guise of his solo project Big Black Delta that he's playing at Reading and Leeds, and Big Black Delta emits an obscenely huge sounding blend of electronica, synth pop, space rock and experimental electro that's as weird as it is sexy €“ in an if-robots-were-sexy kind of way... http://youtu.be/vz8yif7FWDU
