14 Underrated Albums (And 1 Overrated Record)

4. Nirvana - Bleach

Vv220px Nirvana Bleach In Utero is Nirvana's best album, Nevermind their biggest selling; Bleach is arguably their purest and most satisfying. Every Nirvana release was a reaction against the previous- In Utero was a thrilling tantrum against the success of Nevermind, which itself sanded down the rough edges of their debut. This was possibly the best thing about Bleach, however; the Led Zep fuzz-riffs of School and the dirty pop of About A Girl were high points in Kurt Cobain's catalogue. Iggy Pop rated it as their best album- I'm underqualified to disagree.

I was raised by wolves in the woodlands of Northumberland, but am still posher than Colin Firth having dinner with The Queen. I write all of my pieces by swallowing a cocktail of scrabble tiles and vodka, then regurgitating them over my jotter. Hope this explains the typos.
