11. Queens Of The Stone Age Make It Wit Chu
http://youtu.be/0wTxqHbJOzg Quite possibly one of the sexiest entries on this list, and definitely one of the sexier songs in Queens of the Stone Age's repertoire (a tough feat given that basically every song of theirs oozes sex, or drugs, or both). However, that's not to say this is just a sex song, Make It Wit Chu is definitely a love song. Through lyrics Josh Homme throws it out there that he can't explain this thing called love, and these feelings that he has, and he doesn't know about the sun and the moon, but the one thing he's sure of is that he wants to 'make it wit chu'. Love that's just as indebted to the groin as it is the heart. Homme doesn't just want to have sex with you, he wants to 'make it wit chu, anytime, anywhere, again, and again'. I mean, clearly that's a man interested in making this relationship work. 10. Bjork Pagan Poetry
http://youtu.be/KqF8_UcUQdQ An unusual choice you might think, but I did say I was going for alternative and unconventional love songs this is one such song. It's a deceptively complex song, especially lyrically, as Bjork deals with the concepts of simplicity in art being perhaps the purest, all the while discussing in a masked manner her sexuality, love, and the man she loves. This is a stunning song just to listen, as with almost any Bjork song, but it hits its absolute peak when Bjork does. The song completely cuts out and Bjork's speculations on expression, simplicity, purity, art, and love distil down to the realisation that the best expression of love is the simplest one as she repeatedly, and almost painfully, sings 'I love him'. Completely overwhelming and all powerful love that is strong, so simple, it kind of hurts.
