15 Music Icons That Will Save Pop In 2013

10. Visage

visage Briefly venturing back to the the world of eighties New Wave and synthpop music, 2013 sees the return of the Steve Strange lead Visage. Visage peaked in the early eighties with their hit Fade To Grey, as well as several reasonably successful follow-up singles including Mind of a Toy and Night Train. However, by the group's third album in 1984 the hits had dried up and each member of the band ventured onto various solo projects. A staggering 29 years on, Strange alongside several of the group's original members are back and ready to release a new album. New-Wave influenced groups like Hurts and Marina and the Diamonds prove that there is still a desire for good old fashioned synthpop, so hopefully Visage can recapture some of their former glory. The group's as-yet-untitled fourth album is scheduled for a Spring 2013 release. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMPC8QJF6sI
