20 Best Albums Of 2015 (So Far)
10. BadBadNotGood & Ghostface Killah - Sour Soul
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YW_RqTuZMwRaekwon wasn't the only member of the Wu-Tang Clan to bring out a great album in 2015, as his Only Built 4 Cuban Linx partner Ghostface Killah joined hip hop instrumental group BadBadNotGood for the much anticipated Sour Soul record.
Let's be honest, with Ghostface's stream of consciousness rhymes and smooth flow, he was bound to sound wonderful over the beats BBNG crafted together. And he doesn't disappoint, as the legendary MC sounds perfectly at home over the smooth sounds Matthew Tavares (keys), Chester Hansen (bass) and Alexander Sowinski (drums) have crafted.
Creeping in at just over 30 mins, Sour Soul isn't the longest hip hop record you'll hear this year. But what it lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality, as each song hits you like a double punch to the gut as both artists combine together effortlessly to create a funky, soulful and very entertaining piece of work.
