20 Most Underrated Nu-Metal Anthems

17. Dope – Die Motherfu**er Die

This charming little ditty wasn’t released as a single (probably due to its title) but it’s the most instant and infectious track that Illinois four-piece Dope have produced to date.

Clocking in at a speedy three minutes, ‘Die MF Die’ does what it says on the tin – Pure unadulterated rage punctuated with some mountain peak drops, helping to implode the track at several points during its no-nonsense duration.

There’s not much to it from a musical standpoint, but the song benefits from this because of the sheer intensity that the group utilizes to bulldoze their way through. Frontman Edsel Dope delivers the main vocal refrain like a maniac, stamping the tongue-rolling track name with an air of authority.

Blow the cobwebs away with this crusher – it hits just as hard as the genre's stalwarts do.
