20 Punk Rock Albums Turning 20 In 2020

During their peak, the Canadian punk rockers were unfortunately overshadowed by more popular groups using a similar formula such as Teenage Bottlerocket and The Descendents. They do still deserve credit for their fast paced, satirical, and catchy offerings as well as the fact that they've been going since 1991.

Each song manages to be different enough from the last despite not straying from the heavy pop punk reputation the group had crafted over the last nine years. The tracks come and go as a barrage with a new one starting before you even realized the current one had ended. The record only has a pair of songs which clock in past three minutes while boasting five that don't hit the two minute mark.

From Scene to Shining Scene is a lot like the band who wrote it in that it probably won't ever receive the recognition that it deserves, however to a select cult following both serve as very important pieces of nostalgia hailing from a bygone era.
