Although 2013's Through The Never cost $20 million to create, it wasn't the first time Metallica broke the bank when it came to a random one-off.

The cost was reportedly from the really cool-looking swinging stage that features heavily in the video, making for a series of gravity-defying shots that were actually practical and not computer-generated.
