Those are the words that Yorke left us with, ten tracks and a seismic shift after 'OK Computer'. And to be honest, it wasn't entirely certain we weren't already there with him after 'Kid A'. 'Motion Picture Soundtrack' though, is the cherry on the icing on the cake. It's simultaneously as graceful and heavy-hearted a track as the band have ever released, and if the beautiful flutter of harps doesn't move you to awe-stricken stillness, you're probably hollow inside. It's so minimal that it feels like a transparant thought straight from Yorke's mind; it's a beautiful footnote to one of the greatest records of all time, and I'll be honest, I want it played at my funeral. Along with 'One Step Beyond' by Madness.
