25 Greatest Hip-Hop Albums Of The Last Decade

4. Drake - Take Care

Whatever you think of Drake and his music, you can't deny that he's been one of the biggest artists in the world for at least a decade. The Canadian rapper/singer has sat atop of the charts with every release he's had, despite critics not always feeling the same way.

However, one of the times where the critics, fans and sales all aligned for the Toronto wordsmith was his second studio album, Take Care. When it comes to having back-to-back hits on one record, it's the album on his catalogue that simply can't be ignored.

With the help of his regular collaborator and executive producer, Noah '40' Shebib, Drake created an album that showcased all the reasons why people love him. He didn't just go into R&B crooner mode, he also did a lot of rapping on this album that impressed a plethora of true hip-hop fans.

If you're willing to look past his pop star celebrity, you'll find that he did a magnificent job on this particular record.
