4. Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It In People
Great! You have won a dinner date! But why to a restaurant when you guys can enjoy a sunset with some classic records? As she puts on her Spirit Hoodie to warm up, time to finish up your Orangina and split headphones. Pop in Broken Social Scene's You Forgot it in People. It is so full of angst and energy that it will bring you guys back to your wild teen years. Soft songs like "Anthems For a 17 Year Old Girl" are the perfect soundtrack for you to reveal a deeper, more sensitive side of yourself (i.e. Tell a story about you and some other person that ends with "That...that was the last time I saw him..."). A great thing about this album is how different each track is. With every track lies in a different emotion, a different mood. "Stars and Sons" is a great awkward first kiss song, which, as a hipster, she's totally into awkward. Two tracks later though, comes "Looks Just Like The Sun" in which she'll just want to talk and laugh as she shows you pictures of Grumpy Cat.
