3. T In The Park - Scotland
2013 is the 20th year of T In The Park. Has it only been 20 years?! Apparently so. Aside from Rockness, T In The Park is the other world-famous Scottish festival. Being one of the few professionally televised festivals on various BBC channels and online, you know the acts will be on top form and certainly T In The Park always plays host to those big names you always want to see. Bringing in 70,000 festival goers from around the world for the weekend, the atmosphere is sure to be one of the main reasons you should go. Not only does this festival bring the names you want to hear such as Snoop Dogg, Beady Eye and Dizzee Rascal but its key success is bringing those big names who you may not of heard of just yet. Including Foals, Frank Ocean, Twin Atlantic and Bastille. The variation of acts is certainly one of the best attributes T In The Park has, so be prepared to want to buy yourself some new albums once you leave. If I can give you one final reason you should attend - The Proclaimers are going to be there performing. Weekend camping tickets cost £194.
