5. Foo Fighters - Free Me

After 19 years, seven albums, and five line-up changes there is more than enough 100% kick-ass awesome songs to fill a set list or 20. You don't need me to tell you how great the Foo Fighters are. Fingers crossed you know this song, taken from the 2005 double album In Your Honor. The awesome guitar riff perfect for a moshpit. Dave Grohl screaming "TAKE IT FROM ME!!!" as it enters the first verse, this song flies at such a fast pace it's difficult to keep up with. A standard verse with a stunning chorus, Grohl belting out the words "Free me right now/Take me away/Take it from me". This all leads up to the sick bridge, fast-pace drumming over the now quicker guitar riff, Grohl screaming the words "FREE ME!!!" so loud it could burst a blood vessel. Again, my talking about it, does it absolutely no justice, so the best bet is to check out the awesomeness yourself up top. This is just a brilliant album track. That's the only unfortunate thing about it being, the single that never was.
